Ahmed81 Hey bro, I use a lot of mind muscle connection and isolation exercises for my biceps (incline curl, bb curl). I used high volume in the beginning to build them up, but now I'm just sticking to moderate volume with heavier weight. Dec 17, 2012 4:25pm

nacersusaf Definitely NOT from IF. I tried that several years ago and, like most "fads" it only set me up for failure. My progress has come from just plain old consistency; clean low calorie diet, heavy lifting, etc. The basics are the basics because they work. Dec 22, 2011 8:44am

I have been doing IF lately and it is going real well, can't recommend it enough, especially when you get to eat huge meals every day.
