How I Started:
I started when I decided to try out for wrestling. It was mandatory to lift at practice. Once I started, I enjoyed it and havent stopped since!
Why I Love It:
Being able to see result over time from the hard effort put forth. Makes you feel better about yourself in general.
How I Stay Motivated:
Nobody has really ever motivated me, Self-motivation is the absolute key to lifting, and actually getting results too! Progress also keeps me motivated. If I can continually reach my goals, then that is very motivating and satisfying in itself.

just got a membership at golds gym.  The weight seems heavier, but I will continue to improve especially with all the stuff they have to use
