"I need to rebuild muscle I've lost over the last 1 year let alone last 4 years and lose 10-15 pounds. (As of 9/7/08 goal achieved...new goal 15% body fat...3% to go!)"

Thanks! I'll tell ya what I was told in the beginning. Stay away from processed foods, milk, things made with sugar and flour. Cardio Cardio, portion control (writing everything down that you eat and tracking that way), supplement with vitamins and protein and eat 5-6 little meals (snacks if you prefer) a day. Take before pics for motivation. I'm in maintenance mode but hope to work toward that next goal sometime. :) Good luck.

Baby I did it...hit goal of 18% body fat. That has just created my new goal of 15%. Love doing this with ya! :) Hit it again tomorrow?

Training is going well. Thanks! I love the Bluetooth headset. It makes a world of difference to my work out stamina (music!). PM me more on the fitness camp. What is this? I met my goal of 18% today after a week of being sick and Labor Day splurging. Amazing!

Aug 16 back shot LOTS less love handle. Did you notice? Sunday photos coming up again in 3.5 days. :) I SEE the changes although not as fast as you would like THEY ARE THERE! PS: I hate HIIT! Did you know that? :)

You have great definition all around...20 and bound to do great things! I'm down 5% body fat in last 2.5 weeks and excited over that (for now). :) Chickee

8/13/08 (2.5 weeks)down 5% body fat (6 pounds fat loss with 6 pounds of muscle gain). Trainers even asking what we are doing. 48 and wow! Inspiration for both of us!
