I want to be able to see my toes! Get back to 200lbs (at 320), 38 waist at (46), and 13% BF (at 30%).
Goal (Long):
I want to get back in routine and get back to the gym. I joined the gym while working on my B.A. and went off and on but never got on track. I then began on my MA and more time was gone. Now I am nearing then end of MA and ready to get out in to the world of the living again. I want to get my routine going so I can get back in shape and stay that why for life. I have a great gym and the desire I just that I can find the time now to fully commit and complete my goal. I am in Los Angeles if any wants to every chat or train.

I want to LOSE 100 lb

hay man i see your goal is reachable.
tri cardio 6 times a week and dring alot of green tea. eat 5 times a day palm size meals. that will speed up your motabilsim.... Think Thin.
