EEEKKK, that is really me. Weighed 180lbs here. This is after having my 4th daughter a month afterwards (July 2006). I wasn't about to wear a bikini and did not want to ever wear one!! Really ROUND. Didn't start working out till later.

Completed first Body for Life challenge and ended at 156.5 lbs. Quite happy with results in just 12 weeks. Onto next challenge!

Ended at 149, still 24 lbs to lose to get to goal weight! Onto another challenge! Also get my bf down so more muscles can show through! Not too bad of a look i would say for a mother of 4 :)

leaning out more, liking the results after tweaking the program a bit. Lifting A LOT heavier than when i started. NEVER doubt your bodies abilities! No, you won't be bulky like a man lifting heavier!

Ok, so i wasn't too impressed when i first saw these pics at the studio, but comparing to the other ones. DUH, there is progress knucklehead Sandra! yeah, i talk to myself and have to shut myself up sometimes ;) Still got some work to do, happy with progress so far and it hasn't even been a year yet since i started! Note: there are muscles there, not really flexing in the front pics.

Had to take pics for a challenge on a team i'm in on another forum. So posting them here too, might as well! Looks good so far, continue on and only 11lbs away from my goal weight! YEAH! So then i can totally focus on building muscle mass.

Very happy with the results and this has been by far my best challenge! I am getting the essay together and sending my packet into EAS. YAY me! Now i got to set new goals for the next one :) Tried water depletion here.

Leaning out some more and adding mass which is always great. This weekend i know is not going to be perfect, but i'm still progressing. Pretty happy so far, continue adding mass once i hit 120lbs. I don't want to look "skinny", but slim and muscular.

YIPEE! Lost another 2lbs, even though i splurged at the chinese buffet on Saturday. I am seeing a bit more progress and shoulders are starting to look better. Yep, i'm liking my new workout routine.

Completed another 12 week challenge doing Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle. I wasn't as strict as i would have liked, but i do think i made some changes. Leaned out a bit more and added some muscle. I need to add MORE mass to look solid. Committed to a comp date FINALLY!

Prejudging, i was the most nervous here as i know the judges were doing their job. Felt more relaxed at the night show. Time to bulk a bit and do another NPC show later this year! I am thinking one September to November if i can find one not too far!

bulking, can ya tell? Well i can! My hubby actually likes me better at this weight/look. Probably will gain another 5lbs before i start cutting. Just hoping to gain some mass before my show on September 13th. ROCK ON!

Here i go again! I'm 135lbs and 14.81% body fat in this pic. I just started my cutting diet today and ready to get leaned out some with some definition for my upcoming comp on September 13th. Wow, my legs look BIG and i'm missing my itty bitty waist! Diet will take care of that ;)

I am looking leaner and still keeping the muscles which is all good. I feel like i'm going to come in better this time. I weigh 128.5lbs when i took these pics. BF is around 13.22% since i last checked it so it may be a tad lower. Hoping that 120-125lbs will be a good stage weight for me.

Ok, starting to feel really lean (maybe a little too much) so i really need to stay positive. I feel like i'm about where i need to be, but i probably need to let the body fat come down just a bit. Yes, i'm tired looking in these pics cause i took these early in the morning. Hair needs to be "DONE" soon. Need to control the breakouts! Just got some meds from the dermatologist that i'm going to start taking.

a little more chunky, too be expected in the bulking stage. Although i am starting a new challenge tomorrow and going to clean up my diet. Starting the Lean Mass diet from Scivation tomorrow too. Going to order my supps asap.

Diet is about to change. I don't want to weigh more than i weigh now. Expecting to get into mini bulk/cut cycles. Doesn't seem too much difference since i have been bulking on the muscles even though my strength and numbers are through the roof!

I am getting a bit leaner and tighter. This is good while bulking :) My weight here is 139lbs and when i started with Scivation, my weight was 136lbs and waist was 29. My waist measurements have fluctuated just a little, but my waist measurement currently is STILL 29 inches. This is GREAT! I'm gaining MUSCLE! Still looking forward to MORE shoulder growth.

This is almost 7 months of bulking/building. Still not where i want to be and since bikini season is coming up, i would love to shed around 10-15 pounds and go back to building later.
