EEEKKK, that is really me. Weighed 180lbs here. This is after having my 4th daughter a month afterwards (July 2006). I wasn't about to wear a bikini and did not want to ever wear one!! Really ROUND. Didn't start working out till later.
Prejudging, i was the most nervous here as i know the judges were doing their job. Felt more relaxed at the night show. Time to bulk a bit and do another NPC show later this year! I am thinking one September to November if i can find one not too far!
~GO TEAM KESSLER!~ WON 3rd IN MY HEIGHT CATEGORY (National qualifier show)! Submitted my story to Oxygen for the Future of Fitness. Wish me luck! NEVER say you CAN'T!!
Goal (Long):
Weigh in around 120-125lbs (9-10% bf) in season and about 125-130lbs (15-17% bf)off season while staying lean. Build mass and keep my symmetry for my next competition to place better.
Wow, i am so bloated that i look pregnant! I have been a dang pig, no lie! So deprived, i feel like i'm a feasting bear. I have had all kind of goodies. They taste good, but make me feel really crappy later on with that sluggish feeling. I already miss working out and have been looking at...
I'm just maintaining for now, don't need more size except for on the old calves, thats where I need building! everywhere else I'm happy with.. Whats you plan next?
Good Girl! I tired to pull that up be this is what it says....Your search - http://www.easttnsportsexpo.co m/bodybuilding.php - did not match any documents.
I just deleted mine off of my computer. Just let them know who you are, what you're doing, what the money is for, how much you want but you'll accept any helo and will appreciate it, etc. If you need help just ask me. Some companies will donate supplements too.
