well i started working out because i wanna look better and have slightly mor confidence in myself.

i love working out because it doubles my confidence and i gets rid of all the stress i have

well what i do is picturing myself with a cut body

i call it the 300
wat i do is 300 reps every different bodypart
and for cardio i keep my heart rate at 140 for 45 mins each day
and saturday and sunday are my resting days
