How I Started:
I started working out in high school. Since then I have been on and off with my training. I am rededicating my self to seriously working out and would like to try to compete someday.
Why I Love It:
I love the way I feel after a workout. I could be having a really terrible day, but after a good workout I feel like I can do anything.

Setting goals and joining Bodybuilding.com There is a lot of inspiration and motivation on this site.
