How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?

1 and a half to 2 min. I THINK that is how long I should rest for Power and Size

What is your favorite "healthy" dessert? Give the recipe if applicable.
mmm, sometimes I'll mix about 6 oz milk with 2 scoops of Casein Protein Powder. This ratio will pretty much turn your shake into ice cream.

hey there! I don't really know how to ski... I wish I did. Maybe you could show me how! haha.. Too bad you wouldn't be here for the olympics. It would be a great experience. I haven't been to chicago yet though I should... I have relatives there that I have yet to visit!

oh beer so good at the moment but so bad on the treadmill the next day :)i got back into the gym this week so was surprised with a month off I still lost weight. so in a year of training I am went 185lbs to 160 ...want to be 150-155 34-26 in waist to 32-33...want to be 30-32 17.1% to 14.5, want to be 8% Getting close to my initial goals once i hit 8% I will bulk up some tho new pics and stats coming soon! hope you'll give me your input . I would much like it how are you ?

i work for a corporation. its so sexy....but not really. lol. what about yourself? tatts are addicting, true. i have three myself (back, calve and shoulder) and plan on gradually getting more as i pull my sh*t together physically.

Gotta have some fun sometime, right? I suck at skiing really. I'm more of a XC and snowshoe kind of person (read: chicken!!!). ;) In my previous job I spent a lot of time in Jackson Hole but not a lot of time on the slopes. It's beautiful there.

Yess unpacking is one of the worst things in the world.. V-ball does sound fun my weekend was lameee i had to be dragged along to my bfs friends surprise party in the woods 2 hrs away and it was pouring rain and freezing not to mention they said there was a pool and there wasnt... hbu?
