When I Started:
Jan, 1997
How I Started:
I always liked to do excercises like situps. I couldn't do push ups but I finally learned to do them. I had and still have, a lot of energy. I am trying to get into bodybuilding. Hopefully I can be the youngest Mr.Olympia comeptitor to win at the age of 18.(lol) The first magazine article I read was when I was eight years old,was a Muscle & Fitness magazine(a favorite of mine). I want to get into bodybuilding even more by competing since I am very knowledgeable about the human anatomy and know some stuff on nutrition. I like to eat whole protein sources from food and I love to buy products that help you stay healthy.(Pricey at times though) Some of my biggest idols are Arnold Schwarzenagger and Mike Mentzer. Also a few time Mr.Olympias like Franco Columbo and Lee Haney. Also another one of my favorites is Mariusz Pudzianowski, I don't know why, but he just has such a cool and positive attitude, who also is the five-time world strong man for met-rx. A five time world record holder, who I also think is still the best strongman, out there, for Worlds Strongest Man Cup, or what ever it's called, sponsored by Met-Rx nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I really enjoy working out. For me it's alot of fun. I'm trying to get into, or I would like to be in the worlds strongest man competition's like Mariusz Pudzianowski is, or one of the world strong man cups.
How I Stay Motivated:
TRY TO STAY IN THE STAY FIT ZONE NOTHING NEGATIVE, ALWAYS POSITIVE THINKING. I play alot of sports too. Like the other day yesterday, I was playing basketball and I didn't want to move because I kept making it in the basket so when I rebounded the ball I had to move my arms when the ball came down from the three-pointer line.(You have to see it to understand) I made about three perfect shots and then I had to move.
BB Accomplishments:
Wow! I am so excited to know that I have just completed my first race. But what is a race? To see who is faster? Or is it really a challenge,to see how far you've come. To me, it was definitely a challenge, but it felt like a race. Jam packed with people and crowds watching, cheering us on n the sidelines. The firefighters encouraged us, clapped for everybody, at the mile-markers. I believe, even some of them were running, and I even think they were going slow on purpose because they wanted this to be our run. That was nice of them, and during the end, I felt, like I just had I am extremely anabolic naturally. I have an unlimited amount of energy and a high endurance . I have lerarned something that will help me with my accomplishments and muscle-building routines: When you're at the gym heaving the weights around, you're actually tearing down the muscle tissue not building it up. When you're eating the proper amounts of protein, carbohydrates, fats, and drinking pleny of water, you're feeding the muscles for growth. But when you're sleeping, the actual growth is taking place so that's why I take it easy sometimes to help me with that gain. I have gained tremendous amount of tone on my forearms and legs. So I have learned that, with patience, it will get you to where you want to be in time.

any body nowk how to make forearms bigger and lats and lower and middle back, traps, yawn, and to add tone to my neck and thickness to my lats too? any suggestions or advice excersices, routines? etc.
fore arms on thursadays followed by bi's and tris and leg legs and calfes on tuesdays and legs on tuesdays or mondays and abs too, on wednesdays vitamins and supplement, on thursdays i do deadlifts, followed by forearms, triceps, and biceps, also hips lots of chin ups, and deltoids. on tuesdays...
the wide grip chins are for lat development not forearms, the one arm push ups against the wall would just make my shoulders and tris grow, and two set a day wrist curls is overtraining. Thanks for the comment, but that advice just doesnt fit into the proper way for me to train.
