I did not want to be skinny anymore so I started lifting and seeing a nutritionist, Jill Kolivoski. I ate a lot of clean food and lifted consistently with intensity. I started at 113 lbs and I have gained 40 pounds and counting. I have also had a lot of help from my two trainers at 24 hour fitness Chris Hoppe and Dan Greenbaum.
Why I Love It:
I love getting a good pump at the gym, and getting my meals in. I also love the feeling of accomplishment when I improve my body and finish a good workout. I love living this lifestyle!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I know it's the only way to get big. I also get motivation from people who say how hard I work, and how I am getting bigger.
BB Accomplishments:
gaining 40 pounds, and getting way stronger. I now rep way more then I used to max. Dropping my bf% from 9.7 to 5.2 in 6 weeks following my bulk and only loosing 9 lbs
Bulk up to 160 pounds. Increase my Bench it 180 pounds. Limit lifts to one hour, Be an ANIMAL, Love it, Live for the PUMP!
Goal (Long):
I want to eventually work my way up to 180 Lbs and be 5% bodyfat so I can compete. At one point I was 113 pounds and it would be amazing to be on stage!!

2 scoops per serving, thats 16 servings... at 50 bucks. $3 bucks per serving compared to $2 for the gainer. did you find it for cheaper or have you just been taking 1 scoop per serving?
i looked into cytogainer but it has creatine and im trying to stay as natural as possible, and serious mass is so damn expensive its unbelievable-- something like 8 servings per container and its 50 bucks? i ended up going with the Optimum Pro Complex Gainer, 730 cals, 50g protein, only 3.5g fat; 28 servings per 55$ container. pretty solid, hope it works!
Hey man thanks for the add. I read what got you Started bb and damn that makes me wanna keep going because I was in your same situation. Keep up the hard work. Patience and dedication will get your where ever you wanna go
Thats awesome man. I did something similar when i was on a cut once, but don't remember how i did it. Could you give me an Outline of what your nutrition for the week was? I'd appreciate it.
Hey you said something about getting down to 5% BF by cycling protein with carbs. Also doing Cardio after Weights. How much muscle did you lose? Did it effect your strength much?
Yeah, mine actually varies depending if it's a weight training day or not... truth be told I'm ready for this contest to be done hahaha with school and everything I just wanna like hibernate for a month but i still find ways to get motivation and keep it up. Most of the time I love it, but it takes a toll on you physically and mentally when you go as hard as I do. I'm sure you're the same way.
Right now I'm on a 4 day split, based around my classes. Sun - Back Mon - Off Tues- Shoulders/Tris Wed - Legs Thurs - Off Fri - Chest/Bis Sat - Off. And during my bulk I was consuming ~3500 calories and right now for my cut, I consume ~2500. What about you?
