I worked very hard for 12 weeks with my trainer, Diana Chaloux, and have made great progress. She has inspired me to go even further. I still have a few more pounds to shed in my mid-section. I will continue to work hard with the information Diana has taught me. I want to eventually get below 20% body fat.

I made it to the gym today but because of an accident that blocked the one way to the gym, my time was cut very short.  Did manage a quick chest and back workout.  I wanted to stay longer but I had to get home to get ready for work.  No cardio...Hopefully tomorrow.

Started: May 01, 2009
Reason: It gives me energy and helps me not crave so many yummy sweet things.
