I've been working out off and on since I was 15. I got started working out again by putting in my application for the local Sheriff's office and wanting to be in shape. I had to get up off of my ass and do something about it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because of the gains I am seeing and I'm tired of being out of shape. I let myself go while working two jobs and going to back to school. I love the feeling I get after I work out. I am addicted to Iron!!!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking at my graduation picture which I am not proud of. I also have something to prove. I want to be a good role model for my kids and to be a lean Police Officer.

The last three or four reps is what makes the muscle grow. This area of pain divides the champion from someone else who is not a champion. That's what most people lack, having the guts to go on and just say they'll go through the pain no matter what happens. Arnold Schwarzenegger
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
BSN's NO-X-plode. It gives me more energy so I can lift heavy and become an animal in the gym.

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
I take BSN's Cell Mass after my workouts. Taking it afterwords I am not as sore and it helps give me more energy to last the rest of the day.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I think about the guys that are going to want to date my daughter when she gets older. I also think about becoming the biggest threat in Natural Bodybuilding.
I am going to conduct a competition at work starting January 1, 2008 until April 1, 2008. This competition is going to be about who can lose the most body fat. So far I have 3 people willing to do this with me. This will be a fun way to get everyone involved at work, so they can see what exactly...
Hey Bill!! Thanks for stopping by and your flattering remark. Appreciate it. The problem by getting ripped, is "What next??" LOL. Keep at it bro...be safe out there on "the beat", too!!! Later...geoff
Thanks so much, Bill! Are you having a great weekend? How's the training going? I've been at a plateau for months now...probably a good thing though. Comp training begins in April, so maybe I should enjoy this!
Hey Bill, I'm still kickin' a$$ with the iron and trying to do the same with my diet. Sick for 2.5 weeks, that must have really sucked. Hopefully, you were able to keep your hard earned mass? -Jeff
Hey, Bill. Things are going great. I'm making gains in every area of training. How about you? You're new profile pic is awesome! Heck of an improvement. Whatever you're doing, keep it up!
Excellent progress man! No doubt you'll be ready come this fall. Things have been going pretty good lately, got my nephew all over me to get him lifting too, which will for sure keep me going. Gonna hit the indoor BMX track tomorrow night for some practice, that should be interesting.
Hey Bill, excellent progress bro! You are really leaning up around your waist with improved definition through out. How's your competition at work going? I bet you really making your co-workers work hard at the challenge. -Jeff
