After bodybuilding as a teen, marriage, life, etc happens...I never really left the gym, just relaxed and had severve amnesia about nutrition. weight here about 215 lbs. (don't know bfp, didn't care then)
got some abs, BF% between 10%-14% (depending on how measured) ... looking to hold on to some definition & slowly add a little muscle over next 2 months, then it's SIZE TIME.
so many make excuses to stay out of the gym, and use age (especially those over 30) to say why they can't, Old Sup just gets it done! I plan on following his example into my 50's, 60's, 70's 80's until I can't lift anymore!
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
I always feel "up to" whatever type of activity...it's nice to have the strenght and energy to go and do! Also when one feels better about themselves it's easier to feel better about your relationships as well.I always feel "up to" whatever type of activity...it's nice to have the strenght and energy to go and do! “You are what you eat” is a popular expression but it should be also noted that you will wear not only WHAT, but also HOW.
In my first blog I talked about counting calories. A VERY popular...
You are looking great & your training has obviously worked. I congratulate you on all your hard work. Even though you are not finished your fitness journey you are a fantastic inspiration to others. Remember:
“God didn't promise you a day without pain, laughter without sorrow or sun without rain.
But He did promise you strength for the day, comfort for your tears and a light for your way.”
Thank you for your encouragement... Nice job you too; you look great!
I'm ready to update my progress pics in the next day or so... and now I am more challenge than ever with my daughter winning 1st place on the Hydroxycut Transformation Contest. She was the reason I started this body transformation and she has been always my inspiration; I follow her workout schedule and nutrition advice and I have gained 12 pounds of lean muscle and lost about 18 of body fat reducing my waist 8 inches.
Yes I feel that way. Thank you. I plan to shake things up on stage nicely. Imagine what you would do if you knew you could not fail! Don't Imagine, just do it! We are all winners if we want to be! :) Im loving it! Juliet
