How I Started: sick of being weak and really skinny
Why I Love It: ilove to exercise and to be active and it gives me away to work out now that i am done playing sports in school..Plus i love the results you see from going to the gym..and i am finally putting on some size
How I Stay Motivated: being called toothpick by friends and being told i will never get big!!!! new goal is to get to 195 lbs without adding much fat
BB Accomplishments: started out at like 160 lbs struggled to gain size biggest prob was learning to eat enough and to do less cardio once i got smarter i put on about 20 lbs in about 2 years or so....kinda at a standstill trying to pack on 10 to get me to 195

Goals:
Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): put on some serious size
Goal (Long): I want to gain about 25lbs long term for right now i am going for about 15 or so by thanksgiving/christmas time. If I get there before then ,then I will set a new goal. Biggest thing for me is making sure I eat enough food that isn't just junk. I have to achieve my goals I am sick of being told i will never get big. That keeps me going while at the gym!!!!!!!!!!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 25 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 10%

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
set a goal for yourself and go for it...after you exercise you feel good about yourself..and think of your own health you don't have to spend 2 hours at the gym everyday just get some exercise...and d...more

you gotta bulk and cut for longer periods of time. i'm gonna bulk from Oct-Jan then cut until April. Takes your body a while to adjust.

Actually I think lost 2 or 3 lbs, but some BF went away too. I'm going to texas for three weeks and I'm hoping I can get to around 185 by the time I get back!
