ilove to exercise and to be active and it gives me away to work out now that i am done playing sports in school..Plus i love the results you see from going to the gym..and i am finally putting on some size
How I Stay Motivated:
being called toothpick by friends and being told i will never get big!!!! new goal is to get to 195 lbs without adding much fat
BB Accomplishments:
started out at like 160 lbs struggled to gain size biggest prob was learning to eat enough and to do less cardio once i got smarter i put on about 20 lbs in about 2 years or so....kinda at a standstill trying to pack on 10 to get me to 195

I want to gain about 25lbs long term for right now i am going for about 15 or so by thanksgiving/christmas time. If I get there before then ,then I will set a new goal. Biggest thing for me is making sure I eat enough food that isn't just junk. I have to achieve my goals I am sick of being told i will never get big. That keeps me going while at the gym!!!!!!!!!!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?

Actually I think lost 2 or 3 lbs, but some BF went away too. I'm going to texas for three weeks and I'm hoping I can get to around 185 by the time I get back!
