I was doing 1hr of cardio a day, eating only vegetables and weighed 10lbs more than I do now... than one day I started lifting weight after a bet with a friend (I was afraid of going to "that" part of the gym,,,)little by little I started working out because I enjoyed the feeling, not out of guilt about eating...
Why I Love It:
the feeling when I'm done... always better than when I started!
How I Stay Motivated:
I need my body to be strong for my job, and I know it's one of the best thing I can do for my body! also it brings me more confidence.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
breean robinson, jamie eason, michele levesque, ava cowan, they are strong and lean and feminine, which is so sexy I think! How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I don't rest most of the time, I do a different muscle group... so I do cardio at the same time. when I rest it's about 15-20 seconds, never more, or I get bored and stop lifting!!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
depends. I switch. sometimes 6-8 reps per set, sometimes 15-20... just to not let my body getting used to a routine...
well, now that I am done with my hospital assistantship, I finally have time to workout how I want again, it's such a great feeling... and also, my shoulder is almost perfect now, so I can pretty much workout how I used to, before I hurt myself.... and I am excited to realise I haven't lost...
