How I Started:
I had a guy who competed in bodybuilding who spotted me at a bikini contest at a night club. That's how it all started!! I trained with 3 bodybuilders and they took me in and taught me everything I know today!!
Why I Love It:
I love to see the transformation of my body!! It's a naturl high to look in the mirror and see the progress that I'm making!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am a single mom and I have two wonderful boys!!! I have to take care of me in order to be a good mother to them!! They are my life, then weight training and to some day get my pro card!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I have competed in bodybuilding (Mid-USA), I have done the Ms. Fitness NM twice and qualified for the nationals out in Cali!!!

That show is out in CA right? I bet that is going to be a blast!!! Doing good here- been training at san mateo and gearing up for a comp in February in Kentucky..got some time- but we all know it comes faster than we want!
I had a relapse since i got sick a few weeks back and really didnt eat much lost some weight. But i got back into it once again and it feels better than ever. Thank you for asking. How's training going for you?
