Goal (Long):
I have 80 - 85 lbs to lose so I can look and feel the way I always wanted.
I have been "dieting" all my life, but never the right ways. I have an AWESOME trainer (Sarah Wernert) who is helping me get on the right track for success!! ...AM cardio EVERY morning for at least 30 mins and at LEAST 3 days a week of lifting.
This is IT!!! There is no time like the present!
I have been so inspired by the Bodybuilding.com success stories...especially Tiffany Forni!! :)
Whew, what a crazy couple of days! I am making progress though..I am so happy...Last night went out to dinner with friends and I was sooo good!!! Grilled chicken salad with a teense of oil and vinegar, no cheese!!! No bread!!! Yay!!! and...no dessert!!!
