I am just starting after a long Hiatus due to injury.
Why I Love It:
Once I exercise consistantly I grow to love working out!! I used to do cardio and weightlifting to music 6 times a week. I had a car wreck that has hurt my workouts tremendously and I am trying to get back to it.
How I Stay Motivated:
With people cheering me on!

hi Cheri, no I was shocked that sundance and Sabrina got sent home....I am wondering if kids are doing all the voting, it just seems very weird this year! The judges were shocked as well...can't wait to watch again on Tuesday night! Have a great week!

Awww, thanks! :) You're a beautiful woman! The thing that helped me most was hiring a nutritionist who was also a bodybuilder. Keep on, keeping on. A sound nutrition & exercise plan along with consistency is the ticket. Now, if I could just stop drinking wine. :P LOL!
