Current workout schedule
So my workout schedule is fairly simple, Thursday is my favorite day and is also my longest.
Monday-Back and chest
Tuesday-Cardio and abs
Saturday-Cardio and abs
Sunday is sadly a rest day, if it were upto my mind not my body there would be no rest day!
*99% of the time i never miss a workout, sometimes i even go twice a day to seperate my cardio from my weight training.
