Background
I started working out as a way to relieve stress in medical school. After running the Seattle Marathon, I thought I should "look" better for being in such great cardiovascular shape. So I incorporated weights and a cleaner diet, after much research. Then people started asking, "Do you compete?". So, I thought that maybe I should . . . and after my first show, I was hooked! :)
