my ex boyfriend actually got me started and i fell in love with it!
Why I Love It:
i love working out because it makes me feel better about myself. i love the feeling of my muscles working hard and the friends that you make at the gym at the same time.

i like to read interviews of fitness models or oxygen magazine. looking at a picture of jamie eason always helps too! =]
