Ok well today I ran 5 miles. Today I broke records! I did the first 3.2 miles in 32:50 min. (5k) and 5 miles in 47:00 min. and for the first time I ran the whole 5 miles without drinking any water!

I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true a lot sooner than you think. I needed a body transformation and got it by following the Body for Life program, which is only 12 weeks long. I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat. Make fitness a priority and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give a yell if you wish.
