Ok well today I ran 5 miles. Today I broke records! I did the first 3.2 miles in 32:50 min. (5k) and 5 miles in 47:00 min. and for the first time I ran the whole 5 miles without drinking any water!
Monday: Run 2 miles (speed training) Chest
Tuesday: No run Bi's and tri's
Wednesday: Run 2 miles (speed training)back
Thursday: no run shoulders
Friday: Run 2 miles (speed training) no gym
Saturday run 3.2 miles
Sunday: open
I know where you are coming from & know that you can make your fitness dreams come true a lot sooner than you think.
