Overall Goal: I have seen my self through the eye of a camera and listened to comments by friends. There is no reason for me to be fat. I can get control of my inner fat self and tear its head off!

The new pics will look good. I can now see a difference and people at work are noticing. I am down to size 40 now and dropping a little slower now. I will be 33 for new years!

Rule 1. Go to the gym and work out the fat @ss inner clown.
Rule 2. Eat right! Go to te gym and work out the fat @ss inner clown
Rule 3. See 1 or 2!
Rule 4 is used only if rule 1, 2 or 3 were followed if not see rule 1.
No other rule will be added for 90 days!
I can smell the inner clowns fear, and a good work out is just what he needs!

You are definitely on the right path! Remember to set lots of small goals as you go after your primary goal! You should have no problem as long as you keep focused! Keep me posted!

I thought you said you were old and fat....I got the row machine after you and it was on like 270.

I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
