I will get some new pics up this week end! Thanks for the support! The new pics will look good. I can now see a difference and people at work are noticing. I am down to size 40 now and dropping a little slower now. I will be 33 for new years!

yup, goals! goal Rule 1. Go to the gym and work out the fat @ss inner clown. Rule 2. Eat right! Go to te gym and work out the fat @ss inner clown Rule 3. See 1 or 2! Rule 4 is used only if rule 1, 2 or 3 were followed if not see rule 1. No other rule will be added for 90 days! I can smell the inner clowns fear, and a good work out is just what he needs! Bad clown, no doughnuts! How about a nice drink of protein mix. It's just what you hate "kinda chocolate" with sand and lumps of ?

Dammm dude I saw you at the gym tonight and you were banging the 400lb squats......300lb bench..... I thought you said you were old and fat....I got the row machine after you and it was on like 270. You are close to my sets. I will give you a shout at at the gym. Glad to see you became a member! Big-d

I lost over 50 Lbs and went from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
