I've been on a roller coaster of weight gain/loss most of my life. Stressful periods would give me an excuse not to work out & eat healthy (and usually an excuse to drink a few beers per night). I would gain weight until I got to a point where I was disgusted with my appearance, then work out and eat right until another stressful change in my life.
I started my latest quest for a healthy life/ perfect physique in early 2007 and have been going strong ever since.
Why I Love It:
I love the confidence that comes with looking and feeling great. I also take pride in being a positive role model for my children.
How I Stay Motivated:
1) Setting goals and seeing progress.
2) Having friends with similar goals.
3) Helping others achieve their goals.

Not long ago I had an epiphany: Proper Nutrition is key, without it all of your efforts in the gym are lost.
I made the decision to help people achieve their nutrition and fitness goals by seeking certification through Venice Nutrition. Everything is coming together, I achieved...
I use a lot of Optimum Nutritions products and their 100% whey. Keep me informed though of how you like their platinum, I'd like to know if it's better than what I'm taking now. Thanks man! All the best.

Your quest is paying off. I know what you mean when you say stressful periods give you an excuse to go off the healty eating habits. Although I don't do the beer, I could easily sit and polish off a bag of chips (and not the individual serving size!). Anyway, keep up the good work, looks like it is paying off.
