How I Started:
I got started by, weighing what I weight ,and when one of my teacher asked if I wanted to go workout and i said OK.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because, it's the best thing to get in shape (with muscles) and it's the best hobbie I like.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by lifting more and more, and winning alot of our school weightlifung contest,and of couse building muscle.
BB Accomplishments:
Lost about 10lbs of fat and gained about 20lbs of muscle.
