How I Started:
I have always been fit. I was a cheerleader for 5 years. I have been in dancing and gymnastics since I was 3 years old. Now I own my own gymnastic and cheerleading school. It is just in my blood.My trainer suggested trying fitness out and I did. That was that, I haven't stopped since.
Why I Love It:
I love to see the changes in my body. You can manipulate the way your body is shaped. That's Cool!! I love being healthy. I want to live for a long tome.

Metroflex Gym in Arlington is pleased to announce the 2008 Virtual Female Figure/Bodybuilder and Male Bodybuilder of the year. Each month, Metroflex will select three athletes for that month. If you are selected, your pictures will be displayed on the Metroflex Photo Gallery. If you are overall winners will receive personal photo gallery on the Metroflex Gym website and either free registration fees or tickets for our 2009 events.
