I haven't done much since my last entry but I have this week off and now is the time to get back into a routine. My husband & I have booked our first trip out of the country, we are going to Cuba in January. I am very excited, we have never been on a plane or traveled so far. Now I have...
Just wanted to stop by and say thank you for adding me to your group. I am looking forward to putting up some progress pictures in late September. I have some goals I would like to reach by then and results should be visible. My goal right now is to lose weight, mostly body fat. How are you doing with your goals so far? I will check back with you to see how you are doing and to let you know when my pictures are up.
Well cheakygirl get ready for lots of great comments to come your way because you are on your way. I believe strongly in the power of motivation and how much it helps to have people to share what you are going through with. If there is anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell, I would be more than happy to do what I could.
My wife and I know where you are coming from & believe that you can make your fitness dreams come true, probably sooner than you think. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat by following the 12 week Body for Life program. Push yourself, possibly out of your comfort zone and you will be amazed at the results and they will be well worth the effort. Give either of us a yell if you wish.
Welcome! Don't sweat the "Before" pics . . . everyone has been there. If you want to feel better about yourself right away, just look at mine :-) The first step is the most important, so you've made the biggest leap by committing to try. Good luck. Stay consistent and set short & long term goals and you'll be fine.
