This was the first progress photo. It was right after I quit my cut. I plateaued in my gains/fat loss so after a hiatus from any real diet (a friend came to town) I started a bulk). I'm about 165lbs here, bodyfat is under 10% but not positive on the exact amount. I'd guess 8-9%.

Getting back to form. First couple times back in the gym were hell...numbers were down, conditioning was down. it is hard to get back on my diet plan. Still want to cheat, and also going off with friends more, which definitely promotes cheating.
I guess it works out that I'm pretty much bulking. :/

8 days later. Right after the start of the new bulk. I doubt my stats have changed much.
All these pictures are shortly after waking up, so that is why my eyes are red, and hair always looks like crap (at least that's the excuse I'm going with).

May 19th. Been a bit since the last photo. Probably not much has changed. I remembered I was going home on leave this weekend, so I halted my bulk a bit ago. I didn't want to have the extra bodyfat % or 2 since I'm sure there will be bathing suits involved alot while in Florida. Let's hope things don't go too sour while on vacation for 3 weeks.

First day back after vacation. Just about 3 weeks of irregular sleep, bad diet, and lack of conventional exercise.....hell on the body, but great for the mind. :D
About the best exercise I got was walking all over theme parks for hours, and when I went tubing with friends.
