I have always had a problem keeping the weight off. But in the last 8 years I just gave up and ate everything I could get my hands on. Now I have this body that I refuse to be in anymore.
Why I Love It:
I want a body that I can be proud of. I know without eating right and working out I will never change. I want to change.
How I Stay Motivated:
Besides my husband getting me out of bed at 4:30AM for weights and 8PM for cardio. I have a 14 yr old daughter that is starting to look just like me and I can't do that to her. So she goes with me and as long as she thinks she is working me out and pushing me to do one more than what I think I can. I get to do the same to her. We are changing together. That is the greatest motivation I could ever think of.
BB Accomplishments:
Huh?? Not that far yet.. But I have given up sodas, and junk food and working out twice a day five to six days a week if that counts.

hi..for me the best time to take a good whey protein(20-30 gr)is in the morning before breakfast, just before cardio(to prevent muscle loose) and just after workout.you should use a protein without fat, sugar ad aspartame with minimum carbs.try to make your cardio in the morning before breakfast for mo re fat loosing.if you need a detailed training program please write on my private.have a nice week end.
