When I Started: Jan, 2007
How I Started: Well I have been training on and off since I was 16. But without any knowledge whatsoever, and without any real gains. Bodybuilding.com has helped me alot!! I started training properly January this year because I was shocked to see my brother after a year and how huge he'd gotten! That inspired me and made me want to surpass that (brotherly competition). So with the help of a friend who is an awesome amateur bodybuilder and has won loads of competitions I'm hoping to go for my first competition at the end of this year!
Why I Love It: I like to keep fit and become huge!! It raises your self-esteem and gives you a lot of confidence.
How I Stay Motivated: Everytime I look at myself I see myself getting bigger and that pushes me to do more. Plus if Im feeling down I just watch Arnies Pumping Iron. Plus i'm surrounded by alot of bodybuilders and fitness freaks!
