My fitness goal is to lose 15 pounds of fat within 6 months and tone the muscle that I currently have.
Goal (Long):
I went through a tough time about 2 years ago. I was married, unhappy, and FAT. My husband and I split up and I lost 56 lbs in 3 months to finish at 87 lbs. It was disgusting! I slowly started living again and was lean with little muscle last summer at 115 lbs. No cellulite - LEAN. Now I am writing up my doctoral thesis and I've gained 20 lbs...of FAT. I strength train daily but with sitting...and writing...comes cravings and food. I desperately want to get rid of this excess fat and lean up to be where I was last year - but more muscular. I've never had a 6 pack and that is my goal!
Lyzabeth is beautiful but she's not just another pretty face. She works so hard and helps spread awareness of the fact that you MUST work out to succeed. She makes it fun! She educates her public and is an awesome role model. I strive to be just like her!
So today I did a short and light plyometric workout followed by 45 minutes of cardio. I'm really worried about my shoulder and I don't want to work my upper body hard until I have physical therapy on Friday. So...I just did some gentle home workout moves and hit TAC for cardio. It was good....
