How I Started:
I wanted to put on size so I started eating everything I saw, took in alot of protien and kept consistent.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feal great, Plus it prolongs my life and energy so I can keep up with my 2 beautiful kids.
How I Stay Motivated:
I tend to grow fast, so fast results keep me going back, also I have good friends who also exercise so they keep me motivated. And again my kids!
BB Accomplishments:
Progressing in strengthand size pretty quick. I feal great mentally and physically everytime I lift.

Just getting started, lifting harder, more focused. Not leaned out tho, still had work to do.
Again use a variety of workout techniques to hit all the Back muscles for the "V" taper look. I still have work to do, but thats what its all about.

Various places.....magazines, internet, friends. It depends on what kind of cycle im on like toning or bulking. Theres a vast world of knowledge out there to transform anyones body.
