  • my doctor said as long as i take a 10 min break during my hour cardio session baby and me should be just fine so taking her advice watching my diet and hoping to lose five lbs before my next doc appointment

  • I know I tried working out today but all I could do was 30 mins of cardio and I was exhausted but working out even just cardio for 30mins :)
