day 7 restart

so my week 2 of lee labrada trainer was a total bust didn't workout or eat right so I am restarting this week of week 2 so far my diet is right on and I'm feeling good about this week looking forward to losing more down a lb even tho last week was bad kept it off and gonna lose more this week go me

so monday-worked out, tuesday-worked out, Wednesday-no workout, thursday-worked out, friday-walked around work for 9 hrs counts as workout, Saturday-no workout. I plan on working out tomorrow to get back on my plan gonna cook up my meals for the week abd get myself set up gonna be labeling food the cals, fats, carbs, and protien to put in my journal. as of next week just need to prepare for new job and get my workout in on days that I work plan on do 5am workouts ya gonna need sleep that's a for sure lol. I have lost like a lb with all this hard work tgats like amazing since I haven't seen the...

so I didn't wake up when I was supposed to but I still got my workout done yay. well I haven't been sleeping right yet but I tell myself I can sleep more after a workout and it gets me up along with a protein shake before workout lol. feeling good about this new program I'm trying. I've been writing in my food journal and workout journal as well very proud of myself for that hopefully this will put me on the right track. any advice would be appreciated as well :-)
