How I Started:
ive been working out off and on since 2000... i started due to being fat... i was 220 in 9th grade.. but i ran a 4.6 40yd dash... fast fat kid!! lol i played soccer since i was 9 but i love running over ppl so i played football in high school and hated being a "lightweight" in the gym with all the seniors... and i excelled in the weight room noticibly my 10th grade year... benching 235 squatting 325 and deadlifting 325. i got down to 190 and was 14% bodyfat.. i was huge! then seperated two ribs... tried being a hard ass and going up against a 260lb 6'4'' linebacker.... got popped!! end of football... i fell off overtime and did the frat thing at UCF go (PI KAPPA PHI) and ballooned again to 215.. then leaned out to where i should be around 180.. im back in south fla training in brazilian jiu jitsu and i am on the path to getting my personal trainer/ nutritionist certification.
Why I Love It:
it puts me in the zone and its the a natural rush.. im an adrenaline junkie... its safer than me riding a motorcycle like an a-hole doin 170 all over the place... my life is better, health, appearance, sex, etc.... i do it for ME!!! it also makes me feel good to be the one breaking necks in the gym for once...SHOWSTOPPA!
How I Stay Motivated:
to be the best i physically can. i want to prove myself wrong everytime i think i reach a plateau. i also want to be able to motivate others to live healthy. **an amazing person far away**
BB Accomplishments:
none so far but im training right now for a competition... which one i dunno yet but im doing my research... most likely a WNSO event

well i woke up this morning and was in a rush to make a quick meal to eat before my workout.
2 hardboiled egg whites diced - 1/2 can of tuna - 1/2 sweet potato - cayenne pepper(helps boost metabolism and tastes good) add whatever seasonings you like... and sitr together.. the end result is...
here goes... mind you i go to the gym 2times everyday and i switch up all of the speeds and stuff for cardio... so do ure own pace... feel your body out... and push yourself to the max!!! GO BIG OR GO HOME!!!

so you purposely overtrained? I remember doing that for a bit a few weeks ago. How long did you take off? A friend of mine and I have dubbed that a supercompensation principle. Its off and on as to how well it works. You pretty much have to be downright depressed in order to really see the gains you want after a week or so off.
