How I Started:
I was a runner who kept getting injured. While rehabbing with strength training at the gym, my body started getting stronger and more toned. I was so amazed at the changes, I decided I wanted to keep building muscle and transform my body. I would like to participate in a competition sometime soon.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good...I feel stronger and energized after working out. I also love the results and the PUMP. It's like a drug that I'm addicted to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a picture in my mind of what I want to look like. I keep thinking of that picture, that goal. That pushes me to keep going and work harder.

Thanks for adding me as a friend here Charlene. You are welcome for any and all compliments you are looking great. I am pushing hard lifting, cardio and nutrition for Nov 1 and beyond. (.1 mile my bike followed by 3.3 mile jog 2nite 2morrow chest and biceps.
