How I Started:
I was a runner who kept getting injured. While rehabbing with strength training at the gym, my body started getting stronger and more toned. I was so amazed at the changes, I decided I wanted to keep building muscle and transform my body. I would like to participate in a competition sometime soon.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good...I feel stronger and energized after working out. I also love the results and the PUMP. It's like a drug that I'm addicted to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a picture in my mind of what I want to look like. I keep thinking of that picture, that goal. That pushes me to keep going and work harder.

Bad form and not concentrating on the exercise while you're doing it. Also, lifting more than our body can handle

yesturday was a great day at the gym I did a chest workout benched 125 a far cry form 285 that I did 6 week ago but felt great and will slowly work back up to where I was. a little sore this morning a GREAT FELLING. Need remember slow and stead win the race
