Thanks for your words of encouragement! I have the same struggles as you...Keep at it. Just when I thought I'd see no progress, I've just started to see a LITTLE bit of results, but they are results nonetheless.

ThNks for your words of encouragement...I can use all the help I can get. Any tips for me? I am working out six days per week...three with weights and three cardio...not much in the form of results yet.
