You are a great reminder to me that no matter how long one has been struggling with weight problems...hard work and determination conquers all! You look awesome!
I was sick for almost 2 weeks....kept working out but at a pace that was much less intense. I'm proud of myself for at least doing SOME sort of workout even though I didn't feel well. I am feeling better and back to my regular workouts...had a great boxing session this morning!
In spite of all...
I hope your training is going well these days. Regarding the diet stuff, it is helpful to think of caloric intake as a weekly average and not just daily intake. This way, one bad day does not wreck your diet and you have time to make corrections throughout the week.
Its going pretty well. Although I have some outside distractions causing me to lose weight in a not so healthy way, but its coming off. How are you? I see you are making some progress.
My training is coming along pretty good Christina !!! :) How is your training coming along Christina? I also hope your weekend is off to a Great start !!! :)
keep at it and don't stop.. the longer amount of time you've been consistent, the better shape you'll be in :)

Hi Charris04...I wish you all the luck. I haven't gotten the nerve to post my photos yet but my wife and I are both "working the program", so to speak and are starting to realize results. All the best, Greg
Thank you for the kind words Christina. I love it when people tell me I inspire them, it means my hard work doesn't go unnoticed. At the same time, they know IT can be done. I had to work very hard to achieve my goals, but I'm definitely not done. I love your goal, it's very realistic. Good luck! Keep in touch.
