A lot of celebrities are way too skinny. Very few of them have muscle definition. I can't really think of a celebrity who's body I'd like to have.

Just open the pages of Oxygen magazine and you can take your pick...those ladies look great...strong, but still feminine.

I was sick for almost 2 weeks....kept working out but at a pace that was much less intense. I'm proud of myself for at least doing SOME sort of workout even though I didn't feel well. I am feeling better and back to my regular workouts...had a great boxing session this morning!

I hope your training is going well these days. Regarding the diet stuff, it is helpful to think of caloric intake as a weekly average and not just daily intake. This way, one bad day does not wreck your diet and you have time to make corrections throughout the week.
