Not much of a difference from the first pic, just a different angle. From MY angle I can see a little difference. I'm just finished the last of my Creatine yesterday, and over the 4ish weeks I used it I gained about 8 lbs --- mostly water I think- and I think it shows a little. I also haven't started dieting like I aim to.

So I don't have a starting pic to compare but this will do. Somehow I carry the majority of my fat there on my lats-- and so that makes this problem area 1.

Anything beneath the shoulders was almost non-existent when I started. When I flex you can even see SLOWLY getting a (when flexed) taper--- but I've got a long, long way to go.

Triceps are showing up more, but I still have tiny arms. Shoulders are showing a little, but they are still tiny too. But you can see the middle of my back is starting to really develop-- before there was almost no muscle back there.

I was setting up the Camera for something else and took the pic- skinny arms and such but you can see the difference between the shoulder and the actual arm.

I'm around 188-190 in this pic. Definitely too skinny for me- but some of the areas I've been working on are improving. I'm almost to the point where I can work on everything evenly instead of focusing on one group so much

I had to take almost a month off for surgery, so I've lost some time... but this is where I am right now. I'm feeling decent with how things are going considering being out for surgery.
