I worked out a little in high school but always jumped to cardio and plyometrics for basketball. I decided it was time for a change, and this time I'm sticking with it instead of going back to cardio

I want to head up to the 215lb area. My goal is 205lbs by June 2009.
Goal (Long):
I've always been tall and long and athletic. I'm looking for a change. I'm starting at about 6'4" and 185lbs or so. I'm hoping to get around the 215lb range. I'm not looking to be huge- just look strong and athletic. I'm done being a rail.
