awoke from my forced feeding last night hard and dry this morning.


 


Woke to a 16 oz glass of herbal tea. 2 lipo 6 Black and fish oil


 


then 2 egg whites 1 whole egg jalapenos and mozarella cheese, w/ my typical green veggie juice with beef gelatin protein and dymatize Whey Isolate and Maca root


Coffee 


Pre w/o drink Black Powder and a little left over juice w/ a juiced fresh lemon.

21 days out, and another Cardio day that became another PR day!!!!


Well today I went in after kicking up my cals and protien earlier to do some cardio and sweat in the sauna, As always when you get to the gym The IRON calls you, so I started with a set of


Flat Bench to test my strength 225x13 ( this blew me away as last week I struggled with 5) rested about 4 minutes (Talking lol) and did it again for 12 reps.


I then decided to make an attempt to break my 10 plate per side leg press ( 945 lbs) so I loaded up 5pps did 5 reps, 6pps

charlievanriper Well yesterday I felt a bad thing coming & last night some dip wad drove into a Sub Station & blew it up, we lost power in the whole Neighborhood. charlievanriper Epic sugar crash last night, Total success glycogen super compensation woke this morning hard defined with a 6.8 lb gain. weighed in a solid 180, Now for a Visalus coffee shake 20 minutes on the Elliptical some Ab work then a Beef patty and 3 egg whites sauteed in coconut oil with fresh jalapenos,garlic & onions (uncooked today) getting ready for another killer hardcore day of Anabolic Training by Charlie & Matt Chest & Shoulder day Feb 20, 2012 6:32am
