How I Started:
I am former military combat arms. I was very active and very fit. I was running on average 5-8 miles daily. 8 years later I am 80 pounds over weight. I decided its time for a change. I started at 276 and in less then 2 months I am at 249 and plan to lose atleast 50 more. I am at 215 as of Aug 2007.
Why I Love It:
The feeling you get from the workout. I feel great over all and feel better about myself.
How I Stay Motivated:
Everytime I put on my pants they fall off of me.
BB Accomplishments:
No real bodybuilding accomplishments. I plan to lift moderately as I do to help shape what I have.

Goal (Long):
To go from my starting weight of 276 down to 195. I am at 249 on Feb 20th. I want to increase my running distance from currently 3 miles at 10.5 min miles to 6 or 7 miles at 7 min miles. Weight downt o 237 and running in 5k's no issues at 9 minute miles.

Currently my program is weight loss driven. I ride the recumbent bike for 30 minutes at a moderate to vigorous rate to losen my legs. Then I run at 6mph for 20-30 minutes running approx 2.75 miles.
Once a week I bench working up in wieght then back down.
