My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Program

Workout program focuses on muscular endurance, which will increase strength and burn bodyfat!

Flat Bench Press- 3 sets 15 reps, 225lbs

Incline Hammer Strength Press- 3 sets 10 reps 180 lbs

Side lateral raises- 3 sets 10 reps, 25lbs dumbells 

Front lateral raises- 3 sets 10 reps 25lbs dumbells

Bodyweight Pull-ups- 3 sets 10 reps

Nutrition is key! Chicken, beef, brown rice, whey isolate shakes in-between meals makes up my nutritional foundation

  • My earlier workout consisted of back and bicep work. Alternating hammer curls, straight-bar curls, lat pulldowns, along with pull-ups. 10 sets of 10 each exercise.
