Incline Hammer Strength Press- 3 sets 10 reps 180 lbs
Side lateral raises- 3 sets 10 reps, 25lbs dumbells
Front lateral raises- 3 sets 10 reps 25lbs dumbells
Bodyweight Pull-ups- 3 sets 10 reps
