Background
When I Started: Mar 2004
HOW I STARTED:
I am a former competitive gymnast. I have been into weight lifting on and off for about 10 years. I am a mother of 3 (2 living) and after my third child, I got serious about my training BECAUSE I HAD REACHED 170LBS!!!!! i started competing in the NPC Figure and have competed all the way up to nationals. I am a spokes model for All American EFX, certified personal trainer & KICKBOX instructor. My passion is to teach and motivate others to stay "FITNESS FOCUSED"!
WHY I LOVE IT:
I love the CHALLENGE, THE STRENGTH, THE DISCIPLINE, THE MOTIVATION, THE DETERMINATION IT TAKES to create and sculpt the body.
