I am a former competitive gymnast. I have been into weight lifting on and off for about 10 years. After having my third child in 2004, I got serious about my training and started competing in the NPC Figure AND am now a National level Figure Competitor. I will start competing in the MASTERS division real soon!:) and I love to kickbox on the bags. I REFUSE to be an out of shape mommy/wife!
Why I Love It:
I love the CHALLENGE, THE STRENGTH, THE DISCIPLINE, THE MOTIVATION, THE DETERMINATION IT TAKES to create and sculpt the body.

BB Accomplishments:
Just 9 months after having my 3rd child in 2004, I competed in the NPC Figure and placed 6th! Since then I have competed in NPC Pacific naturals placing 2nd, California State placing 3rd (which qualified me for USA nationals) and competed in the USA's placing 16th. I am now a NATIONAL LEVEL FIGURE COMPETITOR. AND a dream of mine came true..... I like it because you can either add to it such as fruit or peanut butter to create a meal OR don't add anything and drink it as a mid morning/afternoon snack
