Traditional cardio 5-6 days a week.

Treadmill: 45-60 minutes
Variation of incline: 4%, 6%, 8%, 10%
Run, Side-step, Backward

Stairclimber: 30 minutes
Variation of programs/levels

Bike: 30 minutes
Recumbent and Spinner


Combinations:

10/10/10
Every 5 minutes, step off and do 3 minutes of plyometrics

She passed away on Dec 15th and I am now working hard to clear things out of her house. 85 years A lifetime of photos, memories, and family treasures.
