Hey man, amazed with your progress. I'm roughly around your starting stats(last checked bout 245lb, 310bench, 36 waist) and I've been trying to get down but I'm just not seeing the improvement. Do you have any tips on cardio or diet? I'm starting to lift again pretty strong but I'm having trouble losing the weight

some DAMN GOOD progress. Your stats were similar to mine. Good job and keep it up. Thats a hell of an accomplishment. I know how hard it is to cut that body fat so i have a lot of respect for people who go through it.
