How I Started:
I have always been active in Sports and started lifting weights when I started High School sports. Weight training became an obsession when I join the U.S. Army as 19D Cavalry Scout. I continued to train off and on but did not become real serious until last year when I looked in the mirror and said that I have had enough! Since I am battling Hypothyroidism it makes it real hard to loose the belly but I have made gains in all other areas!
Why I Love It:
I love being able to shape and mold my body. Plus I love the feeling that I get from doing a hard workout and feeling the energy boost.

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12, it's a good basic number that allows for the last two to be tough.

Thank you and yes, mind is a lot better. Will be trying to taper off meds (extremely slowly) as per shrink's instruction ...scary but gotta find out if I can go off 'em! :)
