How I Started:
I wasn extremely skinny kid growing up. Even by the time I was in university I still weighed just 120lb. I started to lift regularly once I was there, but progress was slow as I had no clue about proper nutrition
Why I Love It:
I love the discipline it brings into my life, and the fact that I see the results of my labour over time
How I Stay Motivated:
By keeping my goals reachable...one step at a time.

I finished a bulking cycle, but really gained way too much fat with it. Right here I am all about the love handles!
