What supplements work?
Does anyone know the answer to this age old question. Coming from a sports background, supplements could really make or break your day. Now that I am transitioning to a new sport, the nutrition and supplementation are paramount. Not just down to simply creatine anymore. For those of us that are natural, supplements give you that extra edge. At this juncture, I have hit a proverbial wall, nothing is working for me anymore. Anyone have any suggestions as to a effective supplement stack? Everyone, body builder or not, should take vitamins i.e. prenatal vitamins, niacin, b-12 complex, vitamin c, omega 3-6-9 fatty acids, zinc, mg, osteo-biflex, glucosamine-chondrotin; but that won't get you a top 10 finish in body building. So people of BB.com, what supplements pack a punch for the purpose of increasing muscle mass, hypertrophy, body fat reduction, and protein absorption.?
