training is going good. Lost 5 pounds this week alone and about 1.5 inches off my waist. Im feeling really good... if i keep this up i will reach my goal in no time...How is your training going??

I actually have a trainer that I am working with...Rice009. He set me up with a great workout. Ill hit up your trainer for some advice too. Thanks for the info... by the way u r gorgeous!!
